Modbus RS232/485 to Modbus TCP
Based on the T-BOX
Lite technology, Semaphore offers industrial Modbus serial
to Modbus Ethernet (Modbus-TCP) gateways. T-BOX GTWY-IP has one
Ethernet 10/100 Base-T port, one RS232 port, and one RS485 port.
It is a smart gateway with embedded Web pages for diagnostics
and local settings of the ports. It does not require any other
specific programming software than a simple Internet browser.
If needed, an MMC slot (multimedia card) permits the insertion of a particular address setting that the module will use after a reset. For instance, it allows you to physically connect the entire network and install the settings on each router at a later date.
Like all T-BOX MS and T-BOX Lite products, T-BOX Gateways and Routers follow the strictest industrial electromagnetic standards allowing their use in the harshest environments.
