Toolbox Plus+ is a new integrated operating environment for the Kingfisher Plus+ CP-30 , Semaphore’s most advanced modular control processor. It’s the only software that embeds the ISaGRAF IEC-61131 of five languages in the configuration toolbox. Now users can view, edit, program, and diagnose their system without switching back and forth between cumbersome software packages. In addition, there is no longer a need to engage in complicated programming as you move from module to module.
The software’s pre-programmed function blocks make it easy to add new capabilities to your Kingfisher Plus+ RTU solution. Configuration and Diagnostic software for Kingfisher PLUS+ Non-ISaGRAF systems
ToolBox, a Microsoft Windows-based RTU configuration and diagnostic program, offers on-line help, configuration examples, and drag and drop capabilities. The software features IEC61131-3 compliant ladder logic editing and allows configuration of RTUs remotely or locally, on-line or off-line, and from RTU to RTU, or PC to RTU.
Control is implemented using ladder logic which is compiled and downloaded into the RTU. The use of databases for definition of I/O and system variables allows importing and exporting of configuration data to and from other SCADA system databases. Toolbox allows off-line configuration, which means an RTU configuration can be created without connecting a PC. The configuration can then be downloaded to the RTU at another time.
